Newscoop is a free online platform for traditional media that can be used for private and business purposes. It can be modified to meet customer’s needs and is very easy to use.

An Online Platform for Traditional Media

We started working with Newscoop platform during the development of the portal We estimated that this platform we will be a good basis for this type of website and will satisfy the client with all of its possibilities. Here’s why…

Developing a new national magazine and news portal presented a great challenge for us. The focus of the portal is to represent a “deeper” image of political and social life in Croatia.

The thematic concept was developed by the Institute for media strategy, while we with great confidence, where given the task to create the responsive web design concept. Our creative team fully justified the trust and expectations of the client. In a short period, the portal has been implemented and continued to evolve.

Newscoop CMS is a platform for developing news portals, custom made just for this purpose (which cannot be said for other content management systems that are mostly “one size fits all”).

Newscoop is a multilingual (more than 20 languages) CMS intended for online newspapers and magazines. The administration interface is constructed in such a way that the journalist, editor, and publisher can access it.

Newscoop is a follower of printed editions and is intended for all publishers, from small to large online editions – capable of handling the most demanding sites.

With Newscoop platform you can edit articles and manage the same article in various languages. The traditional editorial process for inputting content ensures quality. The journalist writes an article, the editor analyzes the content and approves its publication. Newscoop administration interface works in all web browsers and plugins for browsers are not required.

The journalist is allowed to create elements of a single article, which may consist of e.g. Introduction, body and references, or only of the body and autobiographies. The Author of the Article can add photos, video clips, which can be viewed in the browser window, or as an attachment to download. Articles can also be categorized as threads, can be released immediately or they can be set with a future date of publication.
In other words, Newscoop offers complete control of the websites layout and appearance thanks to flexible HTML and CSS. Built-in support for translation interface allows quick and easy customization and supports for new languages.

Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding Newscoop and development of news portals.
